IKDRC Staff Nurse Syllabus 2023 and Exam Pattern
Candidate should have basic knowledge of computer usage as prescribed by the State Govt. According to the curriculum decided by the General Administration Department dated 13/08/08 Government Resolution No.: CRR-10-2007- 120320-V.5, Certificate / Marksheet from a Government recognized training institute or a Government recognized university for having basic knowledge of computers and Certificates having Computer as a subject in any Diploma Course in Computer Knowledge in the Institute or having passed Class-10th and Class-12th Examination with Computer subject. Candidates who do not have this certificate at this stage can also apply but after getting the appointment they will have to pass the examination within the prescribed time frame and submit the certificate/mark sheet as per the provisions of the Government’s resolutions from time to time

- The details filled in by the candidate in the prescribed application shall be considered final for the entire recruitment process.
- A candidate can make only one application. However, in case of multiple applications, only one application confirmed last among the applications filled in all manner including the fee will be considered valid. All other applications will be cancelled and the fee paid will not be refunded.
- In the case of reserved category candidates’ caste certificate issued by the competent authority, a non-criminal certificate as applicable, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate, educational qualification and age limit as on the date of publication of an advertisement shall be considered valid.
- The appointment of the candidate finally selected under this recruitment process shall be subject to such conditions as may be decided by the competent authority and such conditions shall apply from time to time which shall be binding on the concerned.
- A candidate himself shall not be entitled to claim an appointment to the post concerned merely by being included in the final selection list. If it is noticed at any stage that the candidate is not found suitable as per the existing recruitment rules for the post, the appointment will be canceled at any stage.
- To cancel or alter this advertisement or to very the number of posts for any reason whatsoever IKDRC shall have full right/authority to do so if the necessity arises. IKDRC will not be bound to give reasons for this. Also in such cases, the application fee paid will not be refunded.

ઉમેદવારને રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા નિર્ધારિત કોમ્પ્યુટરના ઉપયોગનું મૂળભૂત જ્ઞાન હોવું જોઈએ. સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગ દ્વારા તા. 13/08/08 ના રોજ નક્કી કરાયેલા અભ્યાસક્રમ મુજબ સરકારી ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક: CRR-10-2007- 120320-V.5, સરકાર માન્ય તાલીમ સંસ્થા અથવા સરકાર માન્ય યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી મૂળભૂત હોવા બદલ પ્રમાણપત્ર/માર્કશીટ કોમ્પ્યુટરનું જ્ઞાન અને સંસ્થામાં કોમ્પ્યુટર નોલેજના કોઈપણ ડિપ્લોમા કોર્સમાં વિષય તરીકે કોમ્પ્યુટર ધરાવતા પ્રમાણપત્રો અથવા કોમ્પ્યુટર વિષય સાથે ધોરણ-10 અને ધોરણ-12 ની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરેલ હોય. આ તબક્કે જે ઉમેદવારો પાસે આ પ્રમાણપત્ર નથી તેઓ પણ અરજી કરી શકે છે પરંતુ નિમણૂક મેળવ્યા પછી તેઓએ નિયત સમયમર્યાદામાં પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવાની રહેશે અને સમયાંતરે સરકારના ઠરાવોની જોગવાઈઓ મુજબ પ્રમાણપત્ર/માર્કશીટ સબમિટ કરવાની રહેશે.

- ઉમેદવાર દ્વારા નિયત અરજીમાં ભરવામાં આવેલી વિગતોને સમગ્ર ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા માટે અંતિમ ગણવામાં આવશે.
- ઉમેદવાર માત્ર એક જ અરજી કરી શકે છે. જો કે, બહુવિધ અરજીઓના કિસ્સામાં, ફી સહિત તમામ રીતે ભરવામાં આવેલી અરજીઓમાંથી માત્ર એક જ અરજી છેલ્લે કન્ફર્મ કરવામાં આવશે તે માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે. અન્ય તમામ અરજીઓ રદ કરવામાં આવશે અને ચૂકવેલ ફી પરત કરવામાં આવશે નહીં.
- સક્ષમ અધિકારી દ્વારા જારી કરાયેલ અનામત કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારોના જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્રના કિસ્સામાં, બિન-ગુનાહિત પ્રમાણપત્ર, આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વિભાગ (EWS) પ્રમાણપત્ર, શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત અને જાહેરાતના પ્રકાશનની તારીખ મુજબની વય મર્યાદા માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે. .
- આ ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા હેઠળ આખરે પસંદ થયેલ ઉમેદવારની નિમણૂક સક્ષમ અધિકારી દ્વારા નક્કી કરવામાં આવી શકે તેવી શરતોને આધીન રહેશે અને આવી શરતો સમયાંતરે લાગુ થશે જે સંબંધિતોને બંધનકર્તા રહેશે.
- ઉમેદવાર પોતે માત્ર અંતિમ પસંદગી યાદીમાં સામેલ થવાથી સંબંધિત પોસ્ટ પર નિમણૂકનો દાવો કરવા માટે હકદાર નથી. જો કોઇપણ તબક્કે એવું ધ્યાને આવશે કે ઉમેદવાર આ પોસ્ટ માટેના હાલના ભરતી નિયમો મુજબ યોગ્ય જણાશે નહીં, તો નિમણૂક કોઈપણ તબક્કે રદ કરવામાં આવશે.

उम्मीदवार को राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित कंप्यूटर उपयोग का बुनियादी ज्ञान होना चाहिए। सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग दिनांक 13/08/08 द्वारा निर्धारित पाठ्यक्रम के अनुसार शासकीय संकल्प संख्या: CRR-10-2007-120320-V.5, किसी सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त प्रशिक्षण संस्थान या किसी सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से बेसिक होने का प्रमाण पत्र/मार्कशीट कंप्यूटर का ज्ञान और संस्थान में कंप्यूटर ज्ञान में किसी भी डिप्लोमा कोर्स में कंप्यूटर एक विषय के रूप में होना या कंप्यूटर विषय के साथ कक्षा -10 वीं और कक्षा -12 वीं की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होना। जिन अभ्यर्थियों के पास इस स्तर पर यह प्रमाण पत्र नहीं है, वे भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं, लेकिन नियुक्ति प्राप्त करने के बाद उन्हें निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करनी होगी और समय-समय पर सरकार के संकल्पों के प्रावधानों के अनुसार प्रमाण पत्र/मार्कशीट जमा करनी होगी।

- केवल अंतिम चयन सूची में शामिल होने से उम्मीदवार स्वयं संबंधित पद पर नियुक्ति का दावा करने का हकदार नहीं होगा। यदि किसी भी स्तर पर यह पाया जाता है कि उम्मीदवार पद के लिए मौजूदा भर्ती नियमों के अनुसार उपयुक्त नहीं पाया जाता है, तो किसी भी स्तर पर नियुक्ति रद्द कर दी जाएगी।
- इस विज्ञापन को रद्द करने या बदलने के लिए या किसी भी कारण से पदों की संख्या को बदलने के लिए IKDRC के पास आवश्यकता पड़ने पर ऐसा करने का पूर्ण अधिकार/प्राधिकार होगा। आईकेडीआरसी इसका कारण बताने के लिए बाध्य नहीं होगा। साथ ही ऐसे मामलों में भुगतान किया गया आवेदन शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
