Jharkhand CDPO Prelims Exam Syllabus 2024
There will be two papers of preliminary examination which will be objective and each paper will be of 100-100 marks, whose full marks will be 200 marks.
PAPER – 1: GENERAL STUDIES – OF 100 MARKS
- Indian History and Indian National Movement
- Geography of India and the world
- Indian Polity and Economy
- History, Geography, Economy and Culture of Jharkhand
Paper-2: General Studies-100 Marks
- Important current events of the state, country and the world
- General Science – No specialist is required in this and information is expected from a well-educated person.
- General Mental Ability- Reasoning & Analytical Ability
Note:
- Both the question papers will be of objective type (multiple choice questions)
- The medium of question will be in Hindi and English.
- The duration of each paper will be 2 hours.
- Blind candidates will be given an extra twenty minutes for each paper.
Jharkhand CDPO Mains Exam Syllabus 2024
The following subjects will be there for the written main examination
- Hindi: Will be of 100 marks. Hindi marks will be qualifying. Qualifying marks will be 30. Its marks will not be included in the merit list. The syllabus of Hindi subject will be of 10th class level.
- General Studies: There will be two papers (100 marks each).
- Optional subject:
- Home Science
- Psychology
- Sociology
- Labour and Social Welfare.
- Candidates will be able to choose any one of these subjects as per their wish.
- There will be 2 (two) papers on optional subjects.
- Each paper will be of 200 marks.
Note:
- The syllabus of the subjects prescribed for the main examination is available on the Commission’s website www.jpsc.gov.in.
- Any optional subject will be selected by the candidate for the written main examination out of the optional subjects. After the selection of an optional subject, a request for change in the optional subject will not be accepted and the choice of optional subject will be final and irreversible.

झारखंड सीडीपीओ प्रारंभिक परीक्षा पाठ्यक्रम 2024
प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के दो पत्र होंगे जो वस्तुनिष्ठ होंगे एवं प्रत्येक पत्र 100-100 अंक के होंगे, जिनका पूर्णांक 200 अंकों का होगा।
पेपर – 1: सामान्य अध्ययन-100 अंकों का
- भारतीय इतिहास एवं भारतीय राष्ट्रीय आन्दोलन
- भारत एवं विश्व का भूगोल
- भारतीय राजव्यवस्था एवं अर्थ व्यवस्था
- झारखण्ड का इतिहास, भूगोल, अर्थ व्यवस्था एवं संस्कृति
पेपर – 2: सामान्य अध्ययन-100 अंकों का
- राज्य, देश एवं विश्व की महत्वपूर्ण समसामयिक घटनाएँ
- सामान्य विज्ञान – इसमें किसी विशेषज्ञ की आवश्यकता नहीं है एवं सुशिक्षित व्यक्ति से जानकारी की अपेक्षा रखी जाती है।
- सामान्य मानसिक क्षमता- तर्क एवं विश्लेषणात्मक क्षमता
नोट:
- दोनों प्रश्न पत्र वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के होंगे (बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न)
- प्रश्न का माध्यम हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी में होंगे।
- प्रत्येक पत्र की अवधि 2 घंटों की होगी।
- दृष्टिहीन अभ्यर्थियों को प्रत्येक पत्रों में बीस मिनट अतिरिक्त देय होगा ।
झारखंड सीडीपीओ मेन्स परीक्षा सिलेबस 2024
लिखित मुख्य परीक्षा हेतु निम्न विषय होंगे
- हिन्दी: 100 अंकों का होगा। हिन्दी के अंक Qualifying होंगे। Qualifying अंक 30 होगा। इसके अंक मेधा सूची में समिलित नहीं किये जायेंगे। हिन्दी विषय का पाठ्यक्रम 10वीं कक्षा के स्तर के होंगे।
- सामान्य अध्ययन: दो पत्र (प्रत्येक 100 अंकों) के होंगे।
- वैकल्पिक विषय:
- गृह विज्ञान
- मनोविज्ञान
- समाजशास्त्र
- श्रम एवं समाज कल्याण।
- इनमें से किन्हीं एक विषय का चयन अभ्यर्थी अपनी इच्छा से कर सकेंगे। वैकल्पिक विषयों के 2 (दो) पत्र होंगे। प्रत्येक पत्र – 200 अंकों का होगा।
नोट:
- मुख्य परीक्षा हेतु निर्धारित विषयों के पाठ्यक्रम आयोग के वेबसाईट www.jpsc.gov.in पर उपलब्ध है।
- अभ्यर्थी द्वारा लिखित मुख्य परीक्षा हेतु वैकल्पिक विषयों में से किसी एक वैकल्पिक विषय का चयन किया जायेगा। वैकल्पिक विषय का चयन के पश्चात् वैकल्पिक विषय में परिवर्तन का अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं होगा एवं वैकल्पिक विषय का चुनाव अंतिम एवं अपरिवर्तनीय होगा ।
